As president and CEO of OTW, I was recently faced with a difficult decision. The company manual states on page 96, paragraph 3, subparagraph 1 in the footnote;

*"When faced with a difficult decision, it is the responsibility of the employer/employee to analyze all possible outcomes; maintaining unbiased judgement, then...... flip a coin. Heads yes. Tails no."

Tails

To the employer with the paisley Dixie cups by the water cooler:
I must decline the offer.

I decided to check your blog again, on the off-chance that there was something new. And EUREKA!! I was rewarded for my efforts! Thanks for all the new pictures. Too bad you won't be accepting the new position. Hi to Bri!! We miss you.

I'll draft up a rejection letter telling you we can't find a position for you.

Hi Jedi, welcome to blog....I mean, welcome ME to blog. I'm slowly getting the hang of this and I have to admit it's kind of fun. Thanks for the pictures.

p.s Do you still have your same e-mail address? Don't worry, I won't publish it. I'm just wondering if you got your invite to mine since I noticed you're not on my "Readers" list.
